Operations Manager

Biography

As the Operations Manager at Compass Rose Financial Planning, Michael Crick brings with him more than 20 years of administrative experience including 11 years with Intel where he was a Senior Administrative Assistant in the legal department. He excels in fast-paced and changing environments, while successfully carrying out complex tasks in diverse areas including project management, database administration and customer service.

Michael has an Associate of Arts Degree from Mission Community College in Santa Clara, CA. In addition to his work with Compass Rose, Michael has volunteered with a number of community-based non-profit organizations, editing newsletters, grant writing and marketing. He is the long-time life partner and husband of Bob Machado.
